As a team-leading consultant at PwC, one of the Big 4 audit firms, Avi has honed these skills for years, guiding multiple Fortune 500 companies through process transformation.

Now Avi brings that managerial experience, insight and deep organizational understanding to RightWay ABA. As implied by our name, Avi is passionate about setting up a clear path to success for every client.

The heart and soul of our company, Rachelle is an experienced BCBA who is as warm and caring as she is skilled. An excellent communicator, Rachelle is dedicated to forging strong connections with our clients, families, and staff, focusing on constant collaboration to ensure that everyone involved in the child’s care is on the same page. Her holistic approach addresses all aspects of the child’s development, leading to better outcomes and lasting success.
